freezing without a freezer?

we are going on holday at the weekend for a week in a caravan. it will only have an undercounter fridge, but my freezers at home are bursting! - how can i use some of this up? is there any way that they could last in the fridge?
This comes from somebody with 3 fridges, 2 freezers and still no space!

We have driven down to Cornwall from Merseyside with food in a coolbox and it has still been frozen when we arrived. We packed the bottom of the box with freezer blocks, put some milk round the outsides, food in the middle and more freezer blocks on top. If you defrosted something then cooked it, itwould last a couple of days more cold in the fridge depending on what it is.
