I think Morgan Stanley became Goldfish, and then all the accounts were taken over by Barclaycard.

Yes it IS something like that.. (phew! thanks.. i thought that was me getting it wrong)
Because the address (for Morgan Stanley) I have says..

.. but the lady in the PO looked and looked.. tweaked it here and there.. and still couldnt find it. She said maybe the street address is missing. :undecided
