Its a basic digital camera. Still at £30 its still a good deal. Fuji does some good cameras I got one a few years old now and still works fine for everyday use.

I'm a bit of a technophobe, can anyone tell me if I need to order any accessories with this? I've heard the word memory stick(?) before, would I need to get one?

Pink, it says it includes a memory card which will be all you will need to play with to start with

I bought a 6100 and S7000. Both cameras are brilliant. The S7000 takes CF cards so dirt cheap to get a big 'un for those 6mp photos!
