Can you negotiate on a new mortgage?

Hope this question doesn't seem naive but I was wondering if it is possible to negotiate on the terms of a new mortgage,in relation to arrangement fees, redemption penalties , loan to value etc.

Have seen plenty of mortgages listed but of course they are all heavily biased in favour of the banks so was hoping there maybe scope for a bit of negotiation or are the mortgage terms set in stone as listed ?

Nope I doubt it. The banks have no incentive to do so, and are pricing according to risk - if you have a high LTV you'll pay more.

Hardly surprising given they are there to make profit.
