    No the bike is advestised private.

    I've seen similar bikes in dealerships so it's an option, but getting a decline face to face must be really embarrasing

    I used to be a business manager in a very large car dealership. Firstly they rarely tell you on the day, its usually a phone call, secondly with such a large deposit, and a 'secured' loan rather than unsecured, you should be absolutely fine...

    Best of luck! Just don't let them talk you into any PPI or GAP products, they are usually cheaper if you buy them elsewhere.
