TESCO internet shopping

Hello everyone, next week will be the second time i do my internet shop and as ive been looking round this fab website ive noticed discussions about codes which save you money. I dont want to appear dumb but do you input a code number at the checkout and it takes money off of your bill? and do you use your clubcard voucher then as well?. My bill at the moment is for £70ish so do you have to spend a certain amount of money before getting money off?.I have looked at a website which shows lots of code numbers(it is mentioned somewhere in this forum), but i cant fathom it out.Do i have to buy specific items, like when you get money off coupons from magazines etc.
Im sorry if this is very long winded i just havent had anything at all to do with codes that save money, thankyou

You don't appear dumb at all.You input the code at checkout , you don't have to buy specific items. You will have to reach a certain MOV ( minimum order value ), often £50 or £75.Make sure your BOGOF offers etc won't bring you below. A certain amount will then be taken off the shop depending on the code you have used. You can do the same with codes for extra club card points to buy the 4 x voucher value deals but that is instead of cash discount not as well as. HTH

Lucy thankyou very much can you tell me please how many codes can you input(if i find any) and can you input one of these codes and use your clubcard voucher

You can input as many codes as you can find but usually it will only take the highest one or the one quickest to expire (usually). It will take a clubcard voucher and a money off voucher.

Clubcard vouchers are worth 4 times their face value in Tesco deals. If you look at the home page on Tesco.com it has links for more info.
