OK, I did say I thought it was a good letter but I think if you are telling people that they are breaking the law, in the hope that they will change their behaviour, it is more forceful if you can write about it without making grammatical errors. That is really nothing to do with the individual circumstances of the sender.
Still, I know it is dangerous ground to bring these things up!0 -
on a light sami DCA people have a very low IQ so it wont matter about grammar because they dont care etc....
their rule is to buly you into paying what you can afford !
they just don't care about you and your right so you have to be a bit forcefull sometime with them to get your point across .
ps: i have use this template letter many time sand it does the trick most of the time as the letter is straigh to the point and lay down what you want from them to stop calling you.BSC number 1830 -

Don't forget to send it Recorded Del if that's what they want. You could try signed for del then you should be able to track it.
