    Taste London Card - RUBBISH!!!!

Received the free 1 month T.L Card today.
Unless you regularly go to Pizza Express,....... it's useless!
Most of the restaurants in my area don't do Fri or Sat discounts either!

Fri & Sat's evenings are the times we normally go out to eat, so what use is that?!!

    A load of rubbish IMO.

i thought i would report on this site that i ordered a tastelondon card after the offer they had running with timeout and after a few weeks i had not received the card i rang to complain and i spoke to Jamie Milner who told me he owned taste london he swore at me and told me he doesn't need any customers who complain this man was very rude and i would rather pay double than use this taste london card any way there are much better alternatives live this site and toptable for restaurant deal my advice dont give this man your money!!!

Sounds like a competitor with a gripe here to me. I've been a member for years and had 1st rate service every time I've dealt with them. Hmm, seems like a spiteful post to me...
  • i just got an email from tastelondon telling me i won a free years card.
also another email came saying as a xmas special you can buy one for 29.95- great price, would have bought it even if i didnt win it
  • Just a warning that your TasteLondon card will be automatically renewed, and your credit card charged again the following year.

An email notification was sent a couple days before renewal to give me time to opt out - but if it goes straight to your spam, it's likely you could overlook it.

I emailed them a few days later when I saw the charge, asking them to refund and cancel the membership, but they have refused. They offered to give me a 20 pound discount instead, and told me to read through the terms and conditions.

I'm disappointed, as I did not wish to renew my card this year.

That's not a good recommendation - what did they charge you? they're currently offering a rate of £29.99 pa.
