Does anyone know where I could get my teeth whitened locally? My dentist has quoted me £300 for trays and bleach!

I don't want to go to a beauty salon or anything but if anyone knows of a dentist who's cheaper than this I'd be grateful.

Also, has anyone tried that Brite Smile UV light/gel thing? Is it better than bleach or a load of rubbish?

Thanks. :A

My cousin got hers done with those kits out of Boots for her wedding, supposed to be good. Another cousin got hers done with the dentist and ended up looking like this

Personally, I think if you quit smoking (which I've done for near 3 years:D), drink less coffee and tea and brush your teeth with a dab of bi-carb along with your toothpaste, you'll not need any whitening :D:D:D:D:D
