    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Spud - I've got naff internet this evening but wanted to say before I disappear - got those trainers out and they look fine - in fact they look unworn apart from the insides where I've had my insoles in them (got a few sticky bits on the soles from the bottom on the insoles)

    Anyway I'll chuck them in my bag for that weekend and then if little spud doesnt want them I'm sure one of DFWs will :D
