Estate agents Second Interview

I have been asked back for a second interview at an estate agents as a sales negotiator. I have no experience in this field but really want the job. They have told me the second interview will involve role play. Has anyone got any hints and tips for me or anyone who works in an estate agents could they give me any insight into what they are looking for etc.
