Tesco £2.00 milk voucher

On the large milk cartons from Tesco is a £2.00 voucher for Driver parallel lines. Does anyone know if they have to purchase the games (PS2) for the voucher to be accepted or not.

The last time they had a voucher on Tesco's milk it didn't scan without buying the product
