My Oh and I love the microwave rice that you can buy but it is quite expensive. I was thinking if I bought some value rice and cooked a batch of it maybe I could freeze it and then microwave it when I wanted it. Only thing is never tried it and wondered if anyone had tried it before. Does it come out alright and do you have to defrost it first or can you just zap it from frozen?
