Hi All
My appointment with the judge is Tuesday 2nd June  I have to attend the Brighton Court - more eeks! As I know (by reading & listening here) the Brighton OR can /will/does freeze even a Co-op account if you have one I was just a-wondering if any of you could advise if its okay for me to open my new Co-op account on the day? I thought as I have to be in Brighton I might as well pop into the branch whilst I'm there (after my appointment) but then I don't want the OR to freeze it immediately?!????

Hiya, should be fine to open it after you have been declared bankrupt - the emphasis was very much on 'any account from before bankruptcy was no longer ours'. Good luck
