Skysky by very young my OH means under 2 so do not worry too much, but I seriously would not let her eat under cooked meat again as apparently you can get toxoplasmosis from undercooked meat, I only know this from reading iVillage for my grown up DD1 who is expecting. Apparently small children ( under 5) and unborn babies can be affected quite badly from undercooked meat.

Do a web search for it I found info on https://www.ivillage.co.uk.

Again the risks are very small but I would not risk it on a regular basis.
