Just FYI, I've emailed TAB to see whether they can fix the form for puzzles without prizes (the A, B & C tickboxes).

I'll duly report back if/when they advise it has been fixed.

Sorry.....have only just seen this and the magazine has gone to my neighbour. From memory it was a holiday for 2 in Barbados, £3000 to pay your bills, a home cinema system or a weekend for 6 in London including Walking with Dinosaurs (Ithink )
