Cashback sites - quick question

Hi,
Just getting into the swing off things with saving money by switching mobile/broadband/energy etc etc and seeing how many pennies i can save.
I've been looking at TOPCASHBACK (hope i'm allowed to mention names, if not I'm sorry!) and they offer £40 for switching to npower (which is best tariff for me on all comparison sites). But they also offer £20-30 for using moneysupermarket (or £18 for using u-switch). Can i claim both these amounts ie cash back from a comparison site AND a provider? Do i just click to go via moneysupermarket, do the comparison as usual and then select to switch to npower? If i cant do both i'd obviously rather just have the npower amount.
Cheers in advance if anyone knows!

you can only get one of them I'm afraid , you need to click through the site concerned to earn the cashback, so its either one , not bothEx forum ambassador
