Storing gluten free dough

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knew how best to store some left over bread dough. I don't want to use all of it otherwise the bread will go off in this heat.

I've wrapped it in cling film and debating whether to put it in the fridge or freezer to use another day???:confused:
