Hiya thanks everyone for your advice gonna go down citizens advice on wednesday and start sorting it all out. I was just a bit confused as I was told by cccs when advised about the bankruptcy not to pay anything as it can effect things if I pay certain things and was thinking this would happen with the CCJ. presuming not now after everyone's advice.

Went to CAB some help they were see my other post!!!!
Anyway rang the court (or so I thought!!) turns out I had rang northern rocks solicitor by accident !!! anywho they said they were going to court to try to secure the debt against my property!!! good news there I think?
Means they are not trying for a payment just to secure it against my mortgage is this right or have I got it wrong? if this is right it isn't anything to panic about cos my house is gonna be repossessed anyway!!
