I think this highlights the problem, especially if they are going into liquidation and sending substitutes. If you don't get it sent back asap then you'll end up with something wrong and unable to get your money back.....

That is partly the reason I posted earlier that they are going in to liquidation.

It is always a gamble buying from companies in that situation

They are also refusing to refund me the excess delivery, claiming they are so busy that they have had to increase delivery charge??!

I do believe it is illegal to charge more than you are advertising!

i looked up a bra for my mum in a 36G and when i clicked on one i liked it was a size 30D. So do check!

If you go on the website and roll your mouse over '50% Off' it will come up 'delivery £2.95 and free returns'. Take a screen shot. You should at least get your postage for the return refunded.

I backed out my order when it said delivery £2.50, but then the charge was £4 at the checkout.

i should have checked my order more carefully at the checkout!

Anyway they are now refunding me the £1.05 plus the cost of an item that they now don't have in stock as they sold it in the shop, apparently. Doesn't seem like a very efficient system to me!!!

Great service for me too. Got 4 very nice, well fitting and sixy bras and refunds on 2 others, which were out of stock. I wish I had know about this place before

Two bras finally arrived, one other out of stock though. I did eventually ring them to chase and am pleased something turned up! Everything aside, I'm still so pleased with my bargains - so thank you again OP!
