Gazumping is back as house prices rise and buyers fight over fewer properties, so all you losers living with your parents or wasting money on rent which could have paid your mortgage by now, have missed the boat AGAIN!!!!

If you can manage it, type WWW. in front of timesonline.co.uk/tol/money/property_and_mortgages/article6390804.ece to read the TRUTH

Shall I bite? Shall I suggest that the original poster get out of the ex-council studio they took out a seven times salary mortgage to buy and go into the sunshine?

I'll stay indoors in the 2-bed 2-bath Zone 2 flat by the Thames with the 25ft living room, of which I rent half for the equivalent of a £140k interest only mortgage at 5.5% :)

Maybe I should buy down the road before I miss the boat, what can I get round here for the same money?

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-20672528.html if they took a really low offer. No thanks!

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-20916649.html is round the corner. I'd move there, do you think they'd accept an offer of 60% less than asking price?
Hurrah, now I have more thankings than postings, cheers everyone!

Spotting a socky is so easy, 1 post, yet so much familiarity with the 'losers' on the board, still I won't be gazumping anyone, I'll leave that to the mugs.:D

So who is it, islandannie or pickledpink, or both;), roll up and place ye bets.

I do worry when i read cr_@p like this. Not for me, but for someone else who may actually accept this rubbish as gospel and genuinely feel they've missed the proverbial boat.

For people who understand (just a little bit) the market, the economy and what a recession means. Just sit back and laugh, at a blatant wind up merchant
