Ni sick pay

Hi All

The company i work for has introduced a No sick pay policy

Some people within the company are notoriously sick (14 single days in a year is one i know of) so the company has put in a No sick pay policy.

If you call in sick, you dont get paid for that day, also you are not allowed to say i'll take it as a holiday either.

Just wondered if this is legal - i'm assuming so as they wouldnt introduce something without fully checking it out.

It is legal to not pay OSP, however employees will still be entitled to SSP (which is payable from day four of being unfit for work).
    Gone ... or have I?
