Hi
I wanted to treat my friend to a 12 mth subscription to her favourite mag Prima for her birthday.
I was going to use £8 of my Tesco clubcard vouchers. However realised these equate to £32 when using for other deals. As I'm saving clubcard vouchers for an Open Uni course, would make more sense to pay for a subscription elsewhere if its less than £32.
Found one with Quality Magazines for £18 for 1 year, saving me £14 effectively for my OU course later. Wondered if anyone can beat that?
Hope that makes sense, I'm v tired!
TIA very much...

Hi

thanks for that, unfortunately its not quite what it seems. To get a year's subscription, you get 3 issues for £3, then £9.99 for 6 issues. Means I have to buy 15 issues for £22.98 (£ + £9.99 + £9.99). Sounds stingy but my budget is £20 max. Might help someone else though??

Tesco clubcard points do them for somewhere around £8 worth of vouchers. I renewed mine a couple of months ago.

If you go via the Magazine Group for subscriptions, don't forget Quido. 15% at the moment, which is down from the £5 they were offering for quite a while, but it is better than nowt.I want to be credit card and loan free by Christmas 20100
