Main thing is to take your time (apart from the typing test) - spelling and grammer are the key things. And I wouldn't waste time trying to memorise a thank you letter. Either you can write one from the directions given, or you can't. If you can't, you may not be the best person for the job ...Signature removed for peace of mind0
