    Main thing is to take your time (apart from the typing test) - spelling and grammer are the key things. Having not have good results from the above, I'm now including a specific test to check spelling, grammer & maths.

    And I wouldn't waste time trying to memorise a thank you letter. Either you can write one from the directions given, or you can't. If you can't, you may not be the best person for the job ...
