After reading all the articles about credit files etc, i am confused as to what is an example of a bad or good credit score. Is it an actual number? Awaiting mine in the post and am trying to find out as much as poss so I can understand it better. Thank you for any help.

There is no any number. All providers have their own scoring systems. However, CRAs provide some online service (not free, but free 1-month trial available) where they give you some nomber, for example 678 out of 1000. You can never be sure that lender's internal scoring result will be the same as CRA estimation.Bellie wrote:After reading all the articles about credit files etc, i am confused as to what is an example of a bad or good credit score.
