In future, please be assured that you're welcome to email me directly if you have any problems or questions (all my contact details were included in that email - and you can also contact me via the CityLife website).
In this rare case, our competition partner (a public relations company) decided to withdraw the competition, following a misunderstanding with their client during the organisation process.
As far as I know, it was a simple case of human error. We run lots and lots of competitions and cancellation is a rare occurence.
