What's the catch? - Outrageous terms IMHO!
"4. Unless the Member, four weeks before expiration of the current membership, gives the Company written registered notice terminating the same the Member agrees that Membership shall automatically continue for a further year"
Note that says 4 weeks not less not more - good luck if you want out
"15. (iii) In the event of major reconstruction of the Centre premises, every effort will be made by Management to eliminate any diminution of Centre services. Membership will not be suspended and Member’s co-operation in this respect is assumed"
So doesn't this mean they knock it down for a rebuild for months - you pay OK?
How do they get away with this type of terms?
