First time buyer

Please help, I am a first time buyer with a 10.5% deposit for a house. I have made an offer on a house but I am now having great difficulty finding a mortgage that will accept a 10.5% deposit, thay aree all asking for 15-25% which I do not have.
Does anyone know of any mortgage companies that are still providing 10% depoist mortgages. (They haven't half made it difficult for first time buyers)

Mine is with Natwest - its a special FTB mortgage - need 10% deposit. 5.99% fixed for 5 years.
Like the previous question - I dont know if this applies for new build property. For new build flats they said you had to have 25% deposit! But I'm not sure about new build houses
Good luck!0
