I was checking out some basic bank a/cs, and saw the natwest site had an 'ask a question' section.. i was expecting some kind of Q&A list, but no- it wasa live chat sessionpopup box, where you could ask 'Mike' (there may be others..) any q's about the services fees etc..
he helped me through an application for an a/c, and was quite friendly.
