Parcelforce 'Tracking' - Terrible?!

Is it just me or is this service terrible?! I've tried to track the progress of my parcel about 4 times yesterday and this morning and only ONCE has it come up with the status (about midnight last night, it worked) now it's back to, sorry, there's a problem with the reference you entered! Why do they provide an online tracking service if it doesn't work?

I had a parcel sent from china, it is still awaiting customs charging or something even though it is worth less than $30. Might just be a bad time to get parcels from abroad0

definately agree
just got my new mobile and tried the tracking and just said no info try later as they hadn't input it into the system. The parcel was delivered before the tracking was even inputted!! They used to be good but getting worse by the day!0 -
At least everyone's came through Parcelforce!.... Mine wouldn't track and it turned up by Royal Mail when it was marked with Parcelforce on the box.
