Thanks hun - i have hydro therapy tomorrow and then we are going to see my aunty in the hospice.

Probs just sanbathe for the rest of the day as the hydro really takes it out of me. He has a lovely week planned for us - think we are going to knowsley safari park, as i won't be able to get around chester zoo.

Have the dr's on friday and luckily no bloods as the nurse has changed me to monthly ones now. So will see what happens.

Will miss it in here though xxxx

Ooo must have ice cream today... giving up sugary foods tomorrow including icecream. :eek::eek: No magnums here though so it's either the ice cream van if he comes round or the vanilla soft scoop I've got on the freezer!

Cooking meatballs and pasta for main meal today - looking forward to eating it outside in the sunshine!

Just to say sorry guys sending Lush ...I will pass back all the parcels today..my computer could not cope with facebook and heat so crashed at least 9 times in 2 days...but I will just pass them back anyway

asked OH to get my a packet of white Magnums: I have 5 packets of stickless ones in the freezer never had so much icecream not even in my childhood!!!!

Goof afternoon all - am at the OH' for most of next week and he has no computer (gutted i won't be able to get on here ) but bless him he has booked the week off work to look after me and try and cheer me upo by taking me on days out so i can't complain .... is it really sad that i will miss here?

couse its a 3 hour drive from where we are and my nephew drives and they would appreshiate it more than me im nice like that lol making my nephews dream come true

I have to work tomorrow as well,
trying to sort summer fete out, but no enthausiam
how can I do all the stalls when no one from the school volunteers, have talk my friend who does not live near me to come and help and I will feed and wine her the weekend, but surely if my pta raises several thousands for the school, a few may help, wouldnt mind by my daughter finishes in july and have been asked to stay on
think the lack of help is not helping my enthausiam or lack of, I have done it for 3 yrs now but there is no other mug with back bone to do it!
there that is my rant for today, dd has been on ebay and book marked items, mm that should be interesting later when I look at it.,

still we cant complain, what lovely weather we are having,

I *really* need to exercise too - didn't do ANY yesterday (I blame the OH staying 36 hours and I feel guilty jogging for an hour if he's here, plus we went out for dinner and then drinks with my friends) and I feel really fat today!

exercise vs cleaning... hmmm. I can watch the BGT final and exercise but can't when cleaning.. hmmm!
