yes it is but they post a hint on facebook before they put the question on twitter so that's why it was a guess when I posted the first post. the second post I made about it was after they put the actual question on twitter so after googling the answer 60 was right. sorry didn't explain that very well..

Splodz - if you I would add the calories as it will be easier to see where/when you are over-eating if at all. I also thought last night that if you are wanting a snack, brush your teeth as you won't want anything for at least 15 mins after that otherwise it will just taste disgusting and by then you might have forgotten about wanting food

Today I'm heading back over the river (but getting the train this time as ferry is expensive!) and going for another walk along the beach - the main purpose is to look at other areas to see if we want to move to the Wirral when our rental contract expires at the end of the summer but so far I think we want to stay in Liverpool. Then I need to go into town before tesco closes to get some things for tonights dinner.

I have also been bad at comping this week - and it's meant to be nice next week too so not sure when I will find the time as even if i'm just sitting inside I don't feel like comping when it's so nice!

If anyone sees my name on the IoW comp today (which I doubt but it will only happen when I can't get to a computer I'm sure :rolleyes:) can you get in touch with me. My number is on the fb group and my initials are NP, Liverpool. Hopefully todays tickets will be claimed before I go out so I don't have to worry about

Another good idea, thanks blackmidnight! I'm going to have very healthy teeth! And I will add the calories - then I can see easily. That all starts tomorrow though... there is a piece of the cake my sister made for the barbecue yesterday left for OH and me!

Wow loads of you are on twitter now! :) I started off on there a bit ago with barely any followers. I'm totally addicted to it... I've got it on my iPhone so can update wherever I am inc pics!

Well I've entered some comps this morning - not many but some! Deciding whether to start with 1st June or go and get dressed and sit in the garden for a bit? Oh decisions decisions!!

Morning everyone

ended up going to my friends house last night, only had 4 and a half cans of lager but there wasn't any food on like I thought there was going to be so I got a bit tipsy :rotfl::rotfl:

going to mother's today for lunch, i know my brother and one of my sisters is going to be there but not sure if my other sister is travelling up with my nephews

my last day off before I go back to work full time tomorrow :(:(
