Back from town. Got everything but the meat for the bbq later and OH's iPod armband from the sorting office. Sister and BIL should be here around midday so a bit of time to be on the puter. It's gorgeous out there!

Started to try and be good with food too - not giving up sugary foods until Monday but got strawberries and cream for pudding later so bought myself some yoghurt to go on mine instead. That's better than cream right?!
