I just checked the icecream I made yesterday (blitzed a pineapple with some creme fraiche and put in machine then freezer) and it's come out perfect, really creamy and lovely tasting. I'm really getting into this cooking everything from scratch now, it's so much fun and so far seems to be better for us (even when I make treats)

help me decide what to cook for me and OH this evening:
the lazy options:
* birds eye chicken portions and alphabites
* fishcakse and chips (beans for me too)
or properly cook:
* Thai Green curry with pasta and veg (I don't like rice much)

bear in mind we had Chilli and Pasta last night (yes yes, I know, but it works SO well and so much better than rice does!)

I just can't decide!

I'm making the sweet potato and philly recipe out of the book nan is making a chilli.

Painter and decorator didn't know I was in bed and walked in the bedroom to pain the door saw me and ran out lol was kinda funny tee hee.

Anyone had any good wins today? I had my Greenday Cd turn up x

I know!! I didn't realise is was for 5 tickets, I am soo made up. Just watched a clip of it online, I think I am more excited than my DS :rotfl:

The tickets are priced at around £30 each :eek: So is a good win. It's with the Sun, going to hunt the thread now...

We're having a chicken stir fry this evening. But not until after we've played badminton so will be late tonight. First time we've played since before the holiday, so before Easter - neither of us have done any exercise since then either! I wonder who will win? Hope it's me!!!
