Evening all. DD got a letter today saying she's won from this comp

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=21361187&postcount=149

She's so chuffed, got home to a red card in her name as well so don't know if it's that or something different!

    How is everyone today???
2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please

    evening campers :)
just back in after going out at 1 :)
went and saw Star Trek - yeah, I know, it's taken me a month ;)
really really enjoyed it and LOVED spock and scotty and chekov :D
    mmmm Zach :rotfl:
then got new shorts and flipflops for the IOW fest next weekend - really happy as they fit lovely and *could* have got the size smaller but I worry they might have been slightly too tight so hey :)
also we got a tent in Asda - a bargain! £10 for a 2 man so if it's rubbish its not too bad and I've already got a 3man but haven't checked it out recently so we'll only use the new one if mine's screwed, so we can take it back :D
then tasty pub dinnner and now back, full.

sad to see no Inners getting the Absolute tickets :(
Nicky - will poing you when we've decided what we're doing but camping looks likely and we'd come over Friday morning (a tad daft I know :rotfl: ) so might be able to join you for that birthday drink ;)

    hope all are well! x

Great stuff :D:D:D you will have a struggle finding a pitch near the entrance to the arena on Friday morning as campsite opens at midday on Thursday but ignore the security guys when they try and send you practically back to Ryde to pitch and march straight through to white 2 you will find a spot big enough for a two man down there and it's not too far to walk each nite then xx (tis a little close to the sewer works but believe me that is like a rosebed compared to the campsite loos! oh and whatever you do don't forget to take a loo roll :rotfl:)

If you can't be hassled to take the tent home on Sunday then if you leave it the Scouts collect them up for charity on the Monday afternoon :T
That ain't working! That's the way to do it, money for nothing and TV's for free ;)

This is what DD won although I'm not sure which of the top 3 designs it is until it comes, she's not bothered which it is but her favourite is the top one

    coolios :D
yeah, I'm a tad worried about the pitch but as long as we get somewhere, it'll be fine ;)
ooh that's a good scheme, the tent leavingness, hoepfully the tent's not too bad that it needs it :rotfl:
loo roll already stolen for the pile :D :rotfl:
