Hi JayII - welcome to the Inn

Busy day here, just found a chance to pop in. The house looks tidy again so I have an excuse. Lovely day today, my son won a couple of prizes (on IWIW) and is delighted so I have to say thanks Princess Pixiedust. The pics are on FB if people want a look. It was fab because one of them had the wrong house number on but the postman recognised the name and brought it anyway. How good is that?

It's been tipping down all day here, thunder and lightning started about an hour ago and now we've got hailstones!?!?!?! :eek::eek::eek: It's gone from a glorious 25 degrees to hailstones in less than a week!!! :rolleyes:

We're having chinese takeaway for dinner tonight. I've heard that chicken chow mein is probably one of the best dishes to have if I don't want to over do it too much - would you say that was right?

king prawn chow mein is lower fat, also chicken and mushroom is another low fat

had a really bad day, lo got sore throat and fever, but had to go into town for stuff, he seemed ok for that but when we went in shops, well lets just say he was quite vocal at what he didnt want and what he did, was so glad to be home, but then it carried on at home as well, lo busy grumping, mouthing off and screeching at everyone:eek:

had sweet potato cottage pie and rhubarb and blueberry sponge for tea, lo hardly ate anything, fever again so he is now asleep
