I don't mind doing it but I think aggie normally does so it's up to her whether she wants to continue with it or not

I am fairly new to the comps boards, so don't really understand the reasons why the old one thread got shut down, but I really don't see any reasons to not start up a new thread... It was good having so many comps to enter from the same place!

I guess we will have to wait to see if aggie starts up a new one!

I think Baby Giant should do it seen as they complained all the time about the prizes not being written on the individual post - let them see how much hard work it is!! I belive that was the catalyst for the thread being shut!!

(Sorry PMT today and I'm ready for a fight"!!!!)

right the school story!!! it might be long i warn you.

called up the headmaster first thing tuesday morning to ask for a meeting and to inform that DD will not be attending school until this is resolved.

We had a 40 min chat on the phone where he explained how he was going to handle this and what he was going to do that day.

Boy A was in school that day so he interviewed him and 3 other witness'.

Luckily for us Boy A coughed to the lot and admitted that DD had done nothing and he did kick her etc... He basically told the head the exact same story that we had so head knew he had got the truth.

He also admitted that his mum and family know nothing about it, and that he did just tell first aid that he broke him arm by tripping over on the field.
The head informed him that he was going to have to call his parents and inform them of the whole story. At this point Boy A burst out crying as he was terrified what would happen to him.

Boy A's mum was informed and according to the head was absolutely livid that not only had boy a lied about how he got injured, but that he concealed it from everyone for over a week. She has apologised profusely to us and told us if there is anything she can do or that we need just to call her.

She informed the head that he will be severly punished at home and she also requested that the boy be punished in school. She said he has been having anger management so he knows how to control it, so she feels he must be punished both at home and in school.

The head also made boy a stand up in front of the whole class and admit what he had done, so that DD would not get picked on by anyone, the head also told the class if anyone says anything about it to DD or to anyone else even jokingly they will be sent to him and punished.

I am happy with the fact that the head dealt with all this so swiftly and quickly. He was very upset that this had happened to DD and he did say if BOY A hadnt admitted it he may of himself called the police in to talk to him.

DD is now happy at school she went back yesterday and nothing was said. BOY A has got lunchtime detention for a month, so that is a fair punishment (even though mr divadee wanted hung drawn and quartered he was so angry). His punishment at home is usual grounding, no games consoles etc... and chores to do even with broken arm.

They have spoken to the members of staff involved and given them guidance on how to deal with this in future.

So i am happy, DD just wanted it all to go away in the end, and i respect her for that. She just wants to sit in class and get on with her work. The one thing she is dead chuffed with is she has got a big part in the school play and she thinks its cos of what happened to her lol

thanks everyone on here for your guidance and support you really are lovely!!!
