    Hi all,
Been unceremoniously sacked from my part time job so now completely unemployed and really upset, despite having been bullied the whole of the last 3.5 years. Needless to say, I am taking it to a tribunal; they can shove the job as I can't work with people like that any more but I sure as hell deserve something. And they'll get what they deserve too...;)

I have nowhere to live from 1 August, nobody will take on a DSS person around here; DSS families yes cos they can afford the larger rent amounts but not a single person; going to chain myself to the CAB office on Monday.

Just feel more screwed than a brothel worker in Amsterdam on a stag weekend.

Sorry for not posting much etc or checking in much the last few days but I'm still around; if anyone fancies a bevvy at Oasis tomorrow, whose going, PM me. I could do with some friendly faces. Leaving the house at 8am tomorrow as I'm spending the day in Manchester mystery shopping and exploring.

The post was a bunch of rubbish, just a letter to confirm that I was charged for some booking that I made on OH's birthday and we could not make it/did not cancel in time cause we did not predict what happened... this is in addition to the other charges!!!! :( never mind....and a bank statement, a gas bill..so BM many thanks again...

Panicking big time about work but physically drained so temporarily numb....I am sure I will restore the panick later tonight

FE, sorry about your job loss!!!

NNW - don't feel bad! I think I have enough cosmetic wins to last me quite a while still anyway!

FE - sorry to hear you've had such a carp time. If you need any tribunal type advice I can try and help a bit as I've worked in HR and studied employment law. I'm also going to say sorry as I don't know whether I'm going to make it tomorrow at all now :( Somethings come up and although I could get to Manchester it wouldn't be until quite late so I don't know if I'm going to bother. Did you ever find out whether you could get more money for your housing allowance?

Ewww just seen the grossest limo go past!

Thanks BM. TBH I don't know what to do now, well I know I need to write to/email my (ex!!!) boss so I can use it at a tribunal but I don't know what to say. I feel I have a case for unfair dismissal AND constructive dismissal, and perhaps sex discrimination and other discrimination as well as something for bullying and intimidation; this is just against the boss himself. What do I say? Cos I know I have to leave it 28 days after that point of contact before I can start a tribunal; I want his @rse for this now. I want to also put in complaints about a couple of other members of staff.

No worries aout tomorrow; I do have one friend who I gave some of my spare tickets to who is coming (duh!) and hoping to meet up for a pint.

I'm up for meeting any MSErs who want to. :)

FE - looking at the ACAS website is probably a good place to start http://www.acas.org.uk/index.aspx?articleid=1461

It might also be worth getting in touch with citizen's advice as they will be able to help you through the whole thing but as they are busy you might not get an appointment straight away anyway so might be worth phoning asap

I already went to ACAS and CAB: the CAB in Wavertree (Picton Rd) you can only go on Monday, so I'm going on Monday. ACAS, from last time I used them, say to write to the ex employer but I don't know what to say to him in my email/letter. And not sure if I should CC in someone from ACAS. Last time, I went to ACAS who couldn't help til I'd been to the tribunals. I went to the tribunals who then allocated me someone from ACAS to help if that makes sense.

A TNT delivery man/woman brought my Angels and Demons stuff today, think he must have been scared of the dogs cos he wrapped a note around the door handle saying he'd left the parcel with my neighbour :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Another neighbour just called with more stuff (off postie this time) ... mars cricket ball, galaxy book and Chuck Season 1 DVD :T:T:T:T
