once the question has been posted you just type

@RogersCoffees and then the answer

into the box where it says 'what are you doing' at the top of the page

so if the answer was 'true' like yesterday you'd just type @RogersCoffees True

Basically it's a micro blog so you can post stuff on there similar to your facebook status. Use the box at the top that says "what are you doing".

For the comp you need to go to www.twitter.com/rogerscoffee and click "follow" under their avatar. Then when the question is posted you'll see it on your twitter page. You need to reply to their tweet with the answer - you reply by starting your tweet with @rogerscoffee.
