Diva - stand firm - you're in the right, the school knows you're in the right - they're just hoping the problem will go away so it doesn't reflect badly on them. Your daughter deserves far better than the shabby treatment they're dealing out. Maybe they'll reconsider their position - it can't be helpful for the lad either if his violent behaviour isn't 'corrected' - one day he'll pick on the wrong person and he'll be lucky if a (self-inflicted) broken arm is all he ends up with.

Morning everyone! Gorgeous day, kids in school, DH at work and comping up to date! Determined I'm not going to spend the day tidying as it's so rare I have a day's holiday on my own ( I'm a teacher!) I do only work 3 days a week, but this week is definitely holiday so I'm going to use it for me!!! Have promised my daughter I will watch ' The notebook' before she gives it back to her friend, a real weepie apparently! So will listen to my Paul McKenna CD, then watch that and then see what the day brings! Can't go out yet as expecting a courier parcel ( don't know what but I think it could be a free gift from a mag sub rather than a comp win!) but once that arrives I may have a potter to the shops...
For now it's a mooch on here, might even have a look at some of the monthly or daily comps, never enter them usually.

Morning all....hope today goes well RCB!! Got loads of ironing that I must do today as I've no clothes!! Am trying to get kids in the shower for school, but not working! Good job we live so close!! They 10 mins yet before we NEED to get dressed.
