Well there should be a winners list up tomorrow for the glamour comp so we will soon know whether we've managed to win anything or not!

After two glasses of water (330ml each, making nearly 1.5 litres already today) I'm still peckish so had 6 whole brazil nuts. Apparently that equates to 137 calories. OMG!! I think I know why I've been getting bigger... my portion size/idea of calories is totally wrong!! But I was good - I brought a little tub of nuts and dried cranberries for snacking - and instead of putting it on my desk it's in my drawer so I can't reach or see it! I think this is going to be a long month!!
