Spud, and anyone else who is looking sheepish....I suggest a little visit to 'the clinic' asap! :D

Sally - the time in my sig was my last training run, on Wednesday. Hoping for anything under 45 mins on Sunday, because I don't cope very well with running in the sun, and I'm guessing with all the people, it will be a bit of a slow start (although I've never done anything like this so I've no idea really!). Lovely to see you back btw, sorry about your other !!!!...oops, I mean HALF. :o
