    I know Bronnie but I have my computer in the living room and DH is watching telly.
    I have it in here so if my friend's little boy is using it, I can monitor what he sees on the internet.

    don't know if it's of interest you but if you want real army fitness then they do training sessions (like an al fresco alternative to the gym) in many British parks up and down the country.

    1. Don't skip meals

    2. Use a smaller plate

    3. Count your calories

    4. Don't blame your metabolism

    5. Protein staves off hunger pangs

    6. Soup keeps you feeling fuller for longer

    7. The wider the choice, the more you eat

    8. Low fat dairy helps you excrete more fat

    9. Exercise goes on burning fat, even while you sleep

    10. Keep moving and lose weight

    Does anyone know whatever happened to Ted?

    He just disappeared about 3 yrs ago. I miss his posts!
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.
