Gordon Ramseys Lasagne - Help!

OK, I'm hoping some of you fabulous people can help me here....In true moneysaving fashion I brought 3 balls mozzarella that were whoopsied. In the back of my mind, I remembered recently watching Gorden Ramsey make a lasagne (I think it was on Kitchen Nightmares) where instead of making up a bechemel sauce, he tore pieces of mozzarella and put them ontop of the ragu instead.
Can I find this recipe? Can I heck!!!!
Does any one know of a good lasagne recipe using mozzarella or am I living off tomato and mozzarella salad for the next few days???:rotfl:
Thanks

I found this one, not Gordon Ramsey but it sounds similar:

Again, this isn't Gordon Ramsay's but a recipe from the Slow Cooking cookbook, and the one I always make.
Place ragu in the bottom of the dish, then cover with shredded/sliced mozarella, then lasagne sheets, bechamel sauce, grated parmesan. Repeat the layers until everything is used up, finishing with a layer of bechamel with parmesan on top.
Bake for 45 minutes at 180 C
Absolutely delicious!

Oh thank you everyone! Those recipes look tasty.
Didn't think I could freeze it as well - sorted!
Off to shops today to buy rest of ingredients so will definitely try it in lasagne and any left over is straight in the freezer.0
