hi what happend to my husdand was
got court date
week later went to court
the same day saw judge
stright after that spoke to o/r on phone
10 days after that spoke to o/r on phone again this last about 40 min as they go through all you papers with you
durring this conversation they will let you know what they are giong to take how much you have to repay if any spare from your income
if taking money they will take it from your wages or give you payslips to pay
when doing buget list all out giongs including clothes kids pocket money if you have any as well as your rent food gas electric ect
the o/r is not that scarry but firm
they allways try to take car unless it is hired or not owned by you but in the forms they do ask if you have owened a car and what happened to in the last twevel months
they will also take what you pay in tax this dose not cost you anything its just the tax gose to them rather than the gov good luck in this hope this is of some use

for the outgoings section 7 of the S of A put down the whole household outgoings. also consider all essential outgoiungs eg: optical, dental, prescriptions, after school clubs, etc.
If you are asked to pay an Income Payments Agreement the first payment woudl usually start about 6 weeks after your interview, when it starts does not really matter as the IPA usually last for 36 months irrespective of start date. The OR has agents who collect the payments for them, and htey wil tell you how to make the payments to the agents. I think you can make the paymetns by cheque, direct debit and payment book. An IPA would not normally be direct from your employer (unless is rare cases the bankrupt does not pay without explanation, the OR can go back to the court to sek payment from the employer direct from wages)0
