Hi, this is my first post, been loitering a while though.

Sorry if this has been covered before, just saw a mention of it in another thread.

I have filled out the form on http://www.govanlc.com/bankcharges.html to try and get my charges back from Abbey. Just wondering if it is all charges you can claim back, or just certain ones? Also has anyone had any success with this?
