    You need to add child benefit to your income.

    They don't include it when they calculate an IPA, your surplus before any IPA is therefore £99 + CB, but you do need to include it as part of your income.

    I would cut clothes to £100 and childrens to £120 just to bring it down so you don't have a surplus. But if you haven't put CHB on then don't cut and put CHB down.
