Huh? I read it as a "recovery in rents for landlords".
I can only assume you read it as "recovery in everything" perhaps.
Edit: £1000 a month for Brighton! Fook me.
You wont be living anywhere nice for just £1k in Brighton. Budget for £1.5k and you will have a bit more choice unless you can handle the estates !0 -
As far as I can see rents are still falling in London.
Agents are all desperate to find tenants because I am looking to rent somewhere new and I am bombarded by calls from agents. I dont know where they got my number from.
I have so many places to choose from, so I am negotiating the rent and go for the one who goes down the most.0 -
I'm renting in London (in a houseshare) and I'm paying the same as I did in 2002 (have been in 4 houses total in that period - one was a bit cheaper in the middle). When I was looking during the 3 periods inbetween rents seemed to be more or less the same each time
I figure owners of full rented houses to be more longstanding owners? might not be same for 1bedsPrefer girls to money0
