Firstly I would do your SOA as soon as possible. Then the clever people here can look at your ins/outs and debts, and give you some positive suggestions. We will help you sort it out, dont worry!
It might be worth getting in writing (if you already haven't done) the outline of the tax credits situation and perhaps getting some advice- it seems like a lot to have over claimed- not that I know anything about tax credits
but it might be good to see it all laid out etc- just a thought.
