Newby starting bank charges reclaim

Hi, I am starting the dreaded bank charges reclaim, i have done everything by the book,
asked the bank for the bank charges statement (check).
Dont the online calculator for all charges from 2005 (check)
filled in the hardship form from this lovely website (check)
Getting soa form sent with it so bank dont take time sending more forms out(check)
Getting it all looked at by loyal friend who knows what he is doing(check)
Than finaly sending it all off form bank to give me my bloody money back.

Fingers crossed i will keep you all updated as to what happens.:money::A

Good luck with it. I sent mine off about two years ago, had a letter from the bank saying becaise its going through the courts nothing will happen until a decidion is made there.

Still heard nothing. Have they made a decision about it then?

If you are experiencing financial hardship banks may have to reconsider your claim, i reclaimed my bank account charges from the Halifax due to this.

Also of course the court case does not affect credit card charges etc so these can still be reclaimed

Good luck i hope you get the money refunded
